About me

Hello, I’m Hannah. I am a registered Associated Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT # 155457) in the state of California. I have an office located in Ojai, CA for in-person appointments, and I also work virtually with people throughout the state of California. I am currently providing psychotherapy for adults, couples, teens and children.

I work well with curious, open individuals who are willing to look honestly at their own minds and lives, and who are committed to their own inner development. I welcome you to reach out for a consultation so we can get a sense of one another, and to explore whether we might work well together.

Training and Background

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

I began my clinical work at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment center, where I worked with individuals navigating acute mental health crises and severe trauma-related symptoms. Meeting with people during some of the most critical and painful moments of their lives solidified my commitment to providing trauma-informed care and supporting basic stability before engaging in deeper work.

I later trained at a psychoanalytically-informed clinic offering long-term, intensive treatment, where I began seeing individuals for up to three sessions per week. Here, I refined my ability to listen for and respond to the unconscious through the exploration of dreams, patterns, associations, and the dynamics which emerge in the therapeutic relationship.

I have also taken various other courses and trainings in the following disciplines:

  • Authentic Movement

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Trauma-Informed Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy: Facilitation and Integration

  • Jungian Analytical Psychology

  • Expressive Arts Therapy
